A little generosity goes a long way….

Some exciting new additions to the home and heart warming generosity.

We are thrilled to announce that Lions Haven for the Aged has been selected as this year’s lucky recipient of a generous donation from Health Metrics!

Health Metrics, in their spirit of giving back, organized an Easter egg guessing competition amongst their staff, with the proceeds going towards providing meaningful items for our residents in the Memory Support Unit (MSU). Each year, they select a state and a company they work with to support, and we are incredibly grateful to have been chosen this year.

The donation includes a delightful array of items designed to bring joy and engagement to our residents, including a Companion Pup, a Felt bowl and ball sort activity, and an Interactive Tool Box.

Already, our residents have been captivated by the arrival of the Companion Pup, with one resident immediately forming a special bond. Now, the only thing left to do is to give our furry friend a name!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Health Metrics and their staff for their thoughtfulness and generosity. These gifts will undoubtedly make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, bringing smiles and moments of joy each day.
