A Magical Disney Day to Remember at Lions Haven

We brought the magic of Disney to life right here at Lions Haven! From the moment the day began, there was excitement in the air as staff transformed into beloved Disney characters — adding a playful and nostalgic charm that lit up the faces of our residents.

The fun continued with a special Disney movie screening, where residents relaxed and enjoyed a cozy cinema-style experience complete with popcorn, lollies, and soft drinks. The laughter and smiles were contagious as everyone immersed themselves in the magical world on screen.

One of the highlights of the day was our Best Dressed competition for staff. With so many creative and colorful costumes, it was a tough decision — but we proudly awarded certificates to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners! A big thank you to all who dressed up and joined in the fun — your enthusiasm truly made the day extra special.

To top off our Disney Day, residents were treated to a beautiful High Tea. With an elegant spread of sweet and savory delights, carefully prepared by our incredible kitchen team, it was the perfect way to end a magical day.

Thank you to everyone who made today so special — from the team who dressed up, to the kitchen staff who created such a delicious feast, and of course, to our wonderful residents whose joy and laughter brought the Disney magic to life.
